Safety Star & Return On Environment Awards 2024- Present by Veolia Water Technologies
IMI Fabi, LLC is proud to announce they were selected by their water treatment vendor Veolia Water Technologies for their company’s “Return on Environment” and “Safety Star” awards.
IMI Fabi, LLC was awarded the “Safety Star” award for our upgrades to its chemical tanks providing “Hands Free” chemical handling reducing chemical exposure to our employees and contractors. IMI Fabi, LLC was awarded the “Return on Environment” award for the installation of our new cooling towers.
With the aid of Veolia Water Technologies balanced chemistry, the Benwood plant was able keep the heat exchangers on the new cooling towers free of scaling during wet mode, thus allowing the cooling towers to run in dry mode for up to six months, saving the company $448,432.00 in maintenance costs, $44,522.00 in chemical costs and 23,446,800 gallons of water annually.
